Confidentiality Policy

At writezilas.com we take confidentiality very seriously. However, we have noticed that sometimes communication between experts and customers in chat within some orders tends to ignore the sensitive principles of confidentiality. Because of this, we have decided to introduce three principles of confidentiality we ask all customers to follow:

Do not share your personal contacts with your expert. This includes your first and last name, email address, phone number, university or school you attend, or your home address. If you need to share any materials, upload them onto your order page, or use a free file-sharing website.

Do not give the expert your login details to your school or university website. We discourage sharing login to your portal, canva, or any other school platform. We encourage you download assignment and share with the tutor.

Do not transact with the tutor directly outside our platform. We encourage student to deal with tutors directly through this platform. Doing business outside this platform exposes your identity, and, increases risk of fraud. We shallnot bear responsibility for losses arising from such dealings.
